12 Feb Kansas Department of Commerce: A Longtime Friend to McPherson Industry
The McPherson Industrial Development Company has enjoyed a valuable partnership with Kansas Department of Commerce since MIDC’s inception. KDOC representatives have been at the tables alongside MIDC sharing information and resources with McPherson businesses as they discussed plans for expansion projects. For the last 12 of those years, our responsive confidant has been Robert “Bob” Fettke, Regional Project Manager for KDOC.
At MIDC’s February lunch and learn, Bob Fettke gave McPherson Industry an overview/refresher of the diverse incentive portfolio available through KDOC. Attendees left with a better handle on the resources, services and knowledge they need be successful. Incentives range from tax incentives and workforce training to research services and export assistance; KDOC leverages a broad set of resources to help businesses thrive in the Sunflower State. Whatever McPherson Business and Industry needs, MIDC and KDOC look forward to helping you.
Attendees of the February 3rd, “Lunch & Learn” expressed that the program was worth their time to attend and were appreciative of the opportunity. If you were unable to attend, but would like to have a copy of the presentation materials, please contact us.
